What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen Along With Nausea And Dizziness?

I have had 4 total episodes over the last year. Three of them in 3 months. It starts out with severe lower abdominal pain. This pain is intense. It is crippling. It has made me nauseous, Run fever, dizzy. Mostly from intensity. This typically lasts a few hours. Then I will suffer with severe gas pain and bloating for a few days. No appetite at all. Any guesses?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Recurrent lower abdominal pain, fever, vomiting, loss of appetite, dizziness etc are commonly seen with chronic appendicitis or large bowel infection. So better to consult gastroenterologist and get done CT scan of abdomen and lower GI (gastrointestinal) scopy. You may need surgery if it is appendicitis.

Hope I have answered your query.
