What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen Along With Vomiting And Diarrhea?
My son is 31, he has been with lower stomach cramps, diarrhea since tuesday, he vomited tuesday and wednesday. And he can t get comfortable. He has chills, and excessive stomach gurgling. He doesn t have insurance. What can i do. I ve tried pepto bismal,ibuprofen, chamomile tea.

ok
its probably acute gastroenteritis or acute colitis...take plenty of water ..avoid unnecessary pain killers like ibuprofen etc...take some probiotoc like velgut or vyzilac along with proton pump inhibitors ( pantoprazole+ domperidone )...
take oral antibiotic like ciprofloxacin or ofloxacin if loose motion persist...
for abdominal cramps take anyi spasmodics like buscopan
