What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Back While Suffering From UTI?

Hi, I have a UTI and I am almost done with antibiotics. Some of my symptoms are gone but I am still having lower abdominal pain and pain all down my left leg. My lower back hurts and I am sore. I feel like something else besides a UTI is going on. Katrina

Hi and welcome to HCM. Thanks for the query.
These are still signs of UTI and I think that antibiotics should be taken prolonged and you should repeat urinoculture and urine analysis as well as kidneys ultrasound. You should also drink plenty of fluids and raspberry tea.
Wish you good health. Regards
