What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Brown Coloured Urination?

I am having lower and upper abdominal pain. My urine is a orange/brown color. I have had IBS with painful diarrhea and also kidneys stones before. I thought I was having a IBS episode and have been trying to go to the bathroom because the pain starts getting worse but this is lasting much longer and trying to push has caused my back to hurt.

Urolithiasis may cause this stones in the ureter. Go for a USG KUB and consult a urologist as soon as possible.
