What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Constipation?

64yr old female admitted through ER in Sept 2016. Terrible stomach pain, sick for a few days, passed out several times before my husband called ambulance. Very dehydrated, weren t able to even draw blood. Had a cat scans said to have had a infection, sent home in three day. Many other things were going on in my life both daughters pregnant one high risk, gave birth Dec 21st, younger daughter gave birth Jan 12 2017. Both out of state....starting noticing lower belly pain and constipation, but most alarming, weight loss of 15lbs since hospital stay no appetite.....sounds like cancer doesn t it?

The symptoms you are experiencing need further evaluation to rule out any cause for an intestinal obstruction. The most concerning cause that needs to be looked for is Colorectal tumors.
You will need investigations like abdominal Cray, still analysis, colonoscopy at this point.
