General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I believe that you are suffering from kidney stones and also probably urinary tract infection.

I think you have kidney stones because you are experiencing excruciating pain associated with blood in urine. Also, infection is possible because of a bad smell. Doing an ultrasound and a urine analysis can confirm the diagnosis.

Drink lots of fluids and water 2-3 liters a day. You can use Advil for pain. Use spasmex to relieve pain and help stone passage. In case of infection, antibiotics are needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka,
