What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Fatigue?

my husband has been suffering the following symptoms, lower stomach pain, extreme fatigue, plus other vague symptoms which seem to come and go. he has had a colonoscopy, ultra sound and several blood and urine tests. his doctor is puzzled he has found microscopic blood in his urine, has a slightly elevated white cell count.

Had he complained of urinary problems like difficulty in passing urine, urgency, hesitancy and increased frequency of urination at night? Also it could be due renal stones. Or it could be a prostatitis enlargement. It's better to consult a urologist and get an opinion
