What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Fatigue?
Hi I’m just worried I’m not sure what this could be my symptoms are lower abdomen cramps light pink discharge, back aches, sore breast and fatigue I sleep enough and wake up feeling exhausted, I do have the implanon I steered and have had t for 3 months I and a female and am 19 years of age

The symptoms you are experiencing can be pre menstrual symptoms or due to the effect of implanon. Implanon can cause sore breast, irregular periods, spotting and mood changes including tired feeling. The side effects of implanon usually reduces with time.
However, the possibility of pregnancy needs to be ruled out, even of you are on implanon. Please make a note of whether you are getting your menstrual cycle on time (which may not happen as you are on implanon). If not, do a home pregnancy test, just to be safe.
