I have been experiencing pain in my lower abdomen and pelvic area, especially at night, enough to awaken me. I am a 75yr old female, have had no major health problems . I live a healthy lifestyle with adequate exercise. I do not over indulge in food or drink. I have had an ultrasound, blood tests and three visits with a gynaecologist and have been told other than small fibroids and a slightly distended bladder I have nothing wrong with me. These past few days I am finding it painful to walk.
