What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Rectum?
For past 2 days, Having pain in low abdomen and rectum; feeling of pressure; pain worse when standing up straight; temp 99.8; headache comes and goes. Pain is less after emptying bladder. No vomiting or diarrhea, occasional nausea with loss of appetite.

You could be suffering from urinary tract infection...Do a urine routine test and urine culture and sensitivity test.
