Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, a friend is having pain that is unexplained. She is having pain in her lower abdomen and in her rectum. She has very regular bowel movements. She is having problems even walking without being in pain. She say she has had two good bowel movements today. She says she feels bloated and has an extended abdomen, having back pain, and she even says it hurts to urinate. What does she need to do?
The symptoms of your friend seem to be related to internal hemorrhoids. I suggest you to see a proctologist for a physical examination to confirm the diagnosis and take proper treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
