What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen During Bowel Movements?
I had surgery for 2 anal fistulas 5 weeks ago, the doctor found me ok on the follow up, however in occasion I get pain in my lower abdomen, while and after BM and some bright red bleeding. It is stange as it happens all the sudden and after I ve been doing good for the most part
