What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Left Side?
I am a 57 year old female. My stomach has a dull ache reminds me of menstral cramps on the lower left side of my stomach. Was more painful a couple of hours ago I got a medium sharp pain that lasted a min or two and then became just a dull pain. Now the pain is gone when sitting down but comes back when I am walking just a dull pain

The pain you are mentioning is like renal colik you need to go for an ultrasonogram and a urine examination to role out any renal or urinary abnormalities.
