What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Left Side?

Hllo ,my sister age 26 had a left lower abdomen pain.yesterday she had a ultrasound and the result shows Uteras is pushed anteriorly & stretched cephalocaudally. It measures about 98×55×37 mm in size. A BIG HYPOECHOIC SOLID MASS is seen posterior to the uteras about 9.1×8.3 cms in size. A SMALL INTRAMURAL FIBROID is seen about 15×14 mm in size. Endometrial line is centre. ET is about 6.1 mm. So what should we do?

Hi,

As I see this situation should not be neglected. She must be controlled by her gynecology doctor to make a diagnosis about the cause of the pain. The solid mass should be determined if is good or bad mass, and the fibroid must be studied too.
