What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Left Side?

My husband has had pain in his lower left abdomen for the last 2-3 days. He is not constipated nor does he have the runs. He says it is a constant pain and feels better first thing in the morning but once he starts moving around it hurts. No lump or bloating or anything.

itcan be cholitis or gastritis. have kub to exclude calculi. local examination by doctor is requered for final examination.take bland diet avoid oily and fatty food. take tab omiprazol and unienzyme. fresh fruits and vegitable.take regular morning walk and be physically active.
