What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Left Side?
I ate stale food 5 days ago.. my lower left abdomen started paining and then i had diahorrea.. I had loose stools for about 3 days with mucous.. I felt like something is obstructing my bowel movement ... now i am not having any mucous in stool but feeling bloated... what should i do??

In my opinion these symptoms are result of colitis,which has not fully resolved. You can consider taking antacids and a probiotic. Preferably avoid taking milk for next 4-5 days. Have plenty of oral liquids.
