What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Left Side?

Hello doctor, Normally I have regular periods with sometimes weird pains in the lower left side of abdomen along with menstrual cramps.But this month I am having periods for the past 8 days.The first 3 days was only spots of blood sighting and the next 2 days the spots were seen threes times a days and the next days i suffered heavy bleeding through out the day,the following days not a single spot of blood was seen and now today the bleeding has started.Sir can you please help me?shall I take Primolut?

* So far as symptoms narrated here, there can be possible ovarian issue giving hormone imbalance.
* You require OBGY evaluation with physical examination and an ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis for further management guidelines.
* Self consumption of Primolut N is not recommended at all.
