What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Left Side?

I fell 4 months ago and fractured both sides of my pelvis. was to ER, Hospital, Rehab, etc. I do not understand why I have pain in my lower left abdomen area. I just recently had an MIR of my left hip because it was thought I might need a hip replacement. Not so. do you have any idea what would cause this particular pain? Could it be a bladder infection?

Hello,

No sometimes at some accidents, some blunt injuries can be missed out due to major concentration on major injuries. So, there may be blunt scenic injury or Hematoma which leads to pain.
