What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side?

hey, i have had pain in the lower right part of my abdomen for a week. the pain comes and goes and is never bad. i haven t had any other symptoms and the pain is worse after eating. i drink a few beers a night but that has not been a habit. i have no vomiting or fever or trouble passing stool. there is no other symptoms. sometimes the pain even lower. but the pain is not brought on by any physical activity. also the pain has been worse at night when i sit at my computer. i have had some diarrhea but only in the morning and on mornings after i have a few beers. im a frequent coffee drinking( 3 10oz cups a day)

Pain in the right part of the abdomen may be visceral - due to the problem in the gastrointestinal tract, liver etc or it may be muscular.

I suggest you get an ultrasound abdomen to know the status of all visceral organs.
