What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side?

Hello I do have experience lower stomach right side pain, like sharp pain and have feeling something is in there that bother me all time like when I do move in any direction , siting, walking and my stomach is little bit inflated ...the pain will last for few days then will disappear and come back with same intensity. Have feeling like did ate whole cow ,

Hello,

Most probably it will be due to renal colic.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist you can consult a urologist and plan for an ultrasound.
