What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side?
Male, age 57, 5 11 185lbs. In otherwise good health. No medications. Experiencing lower abdominal pain on the right site(and around the to the side). A dull aching pain that has woken me up in the middle of a dead sleep two nights now and now in pain once again. The pain seems to radiate to/from my testicles as well. Pain comes and goes. Have not been able to relate it to anything ingested but I do feel a bit bloated or full. I have been substantially more active as of late. On a scale of 1-10, pain is 7 or 8.
Both these conditions can cause pain in the lower abdomen on the right side and it can radiate to back, thigh and testicles. However, to arrive at a final diagnosis you may need necessary tests along with physical examination. After doing these tests and examination it can be precisely diagnosed and addressed accordingly. Both conditions need emergency care so you are advised to see a physician as soon as possible.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Soheel Hussain Zargar,
