symptoms: My teenage daughter was complaining about pain in her lower right side. Her stool had also changed and smelt funny. But the most alarming symptom was when she began to vomit blood. Hi,

The symptoms may be due to appendicitis. As the surgery is done, pain will settle down.

If vomiting persist, you have to take her to a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.
