What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side?
I was on my bed in a sitting position, I leaned forward with my legs bent slightly under me and I felt a pop in my lower abdomen. Now I am getting a discomfort dull pain in my right lower abdomen. Do you have an idea what that could be or a suggestion of how to fix the discomfort?

As I went to your query it seems to that you must be suffering from inguinal hernia as it gives sometimes little sounds when it slips into the canal.
There may be other reasons which needs clinical examination for example kidney stone, appendicitis etc.
You must visit a doctor get physically checked.
