What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side?

I have had lower right stomach pain since January. My stomach seems expanded and even though I have had a ct scan and colonoscopy everything shows fine. It is a dull pain on my right side - seems to be more pronounced when I am stretching or picking things up. Thank you in advance for your insight.

The classic symptoms of appendicitis include: Dull pain near the navel or the upper or lower abdomen that becomes sharp as it moves to the lower right abdomen; this is usually the first sign, but it occurs in less than half of appendicitis cases. Loss of appetite. Nausea or vomiting soon after abdominal pain begins this is the most common cause or can be due to gastric infection. ureteric infection
