What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen Radiating To The Legs?

Hi I had a transvaginal ultrasound done, in my uterus appears to be a dark circle. I m 34 years old,been having a lot of lower abdominal pain and sometimes run down my legs. No back pain. They did hcg beta test at the ER came back at 8, dr said no pregnancy is too low levels.

The dark circle which you mentioned should be evaluated by MRI of the abdomen. It may be a serious issue.
