Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be due to acute appendicitis. Consult the surgeon immediately for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. After a thorough examination and investigations like X-ray abdomen and sonography, he may reach to the diagnosis. Possibility of ureteric stone is also there. So perfect diagnosis is needed to consider exact treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel,
