What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen While Suffering From Fatty Liver?
In my recent reports has shown that I have mild fatty liver and swollen in left kidney also showing stones. now the main problem I am facing is severe gastric pains In my left side of lower abdomen and the gases are not releasing. kindly help me out.

It is a part of fatty liver itself.
As a first line management you can take drugs like tramadol for pain relief. Tramadol is a safe drug and does not worsen your existing liver ailments.
If the pain is due to stones, it has to be removed.
Consult a urologist for expert opinion.
