What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen While Suffering From Quadriplegia?
Hi sir,my father is suffering from quadraplagia since Jan 17.now he is able to walk and but he is having urinary issues that after removing catheter he can able to urinate in day time.but during night he got stuck in his urination and feels lower abdominal pain.again we to run into local hospital for catheter during nights..Please me a treatment for this issue

there will be slow development and improvement. physiotherapy and in your case passive exercise is requered if it is associated with facial involvment and exposure keratitis the apply refresh eye tear drop. watch for progress of bels palsy physiotherapy for bell's palsy is requered.mri spine may be taken and involvment of spinal involvment located. use hard bed.
