What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen While Suffering From Stomach Ulcer?

I am cramps and bloating real bad I have had irregular periods since I started having them at 16 i have had sex and ive taken numerous tests that all say the same thing.im NOT pregnant. I also have an ulcer in my stomach that causes acid reflex and i vomit from that frequently. Why am i having so much pain in my lower abdominal??

Hi, I can understand your concern.

As you have cramps and bloating in abdomen, it may be due to Indigestion or constipation. If not, then do you have fever, vaginal white discharge. It is important to rule out any pelvic inflammatory diseases.

Along with that kindly do ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to rule out any other possibility. Treatment mainly depends upon the underlying conditions.
