HI sir/madam thank you for sharing your problem with us. most of the cases stomach ache according to your medical history is from acute gastritis. so take four tea spoonful (tsf) of antifoming,antacid,analgesic syrup immediately and take 2 tsf daily after meal.these medicine are very popular and available as over the counter drug(composition - semethicone,magaldrate,oxycaine,lignocaine) If pain not resolved rush into nearby clinic and take intravenous pantoprazole/rabiprazole. oral proton pump inhibitor (omeprazole,pantoprazole,rabiprazole,esmoprazole) should be continued for at least 15 days in empty stomach.
