What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

I have lower abdominal pain. My stomach extends every time I eat like it feels up with gas. I can feel it swelling and the skin pulling tight. It hurts everyday. If I sit really still it will get easy after a while. If I have to get up for anything it starts again. I m taking gas x maybe that is why it finally gets easy.

Hi,

It is due to inflammatory bowel disease most likely. Take antibiotic coverage like Ofloxacin-Ornidazole. If symptoms continue after that report to the emergency room for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
