What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

I am experiencing cramping in bladder. I am 72 yr old male. I may have infected myself with contaminants on my hand during masterbation. It has been 2 days cramping this am is less severe than last night. I am thinking of taking cranberry juice and a pill to ease the symptoms. I understand that drinking lots of water avoiding caffeine and taking vitamin c may help.
