What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

Gud morning Sir, My wife has completed her 6 months pregnancy and I am out in goa for family holiday but from last night she has pain in her lower abdomen.Sir can she take combilflam for pain releif and its totally safe during pregnancy or not as we need to go back to Delhi on 19th July.Please suggest!! Hello there. I havr read through your question and would like to tell you that pain in abdomen during pregnancy should be further evaluated. If it increases in intensity or comes at frequent intervals it is advisable to get her checked by a gynaecologist.It may be false labour pains too which is not a cause of worry.
