What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdominal Muscles?

I have a cold patch of skin above my right kidney. It doesn t bother me at all, is it something I should be concerned about? What does bother me is a aching pain on my right oblique/ lower abdominal muscle that increases in severity the longer I am sat.

Your symptoms seem to be related to myalgia, maybe due to body posture.

I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.

I also recommend using heat compresses for relief.
