What Causes Pain In The Lower Back Along With Throat Ache?

for the past month, my lower back has been hurting , like my muscle or joints are aching, my throat has been hurting to where i can rarely breathe or swallow , then my stomach has been catching some sharp pains around the sides, my heads been hurting to where i black out a little, when im sleeping i rasply breathe.

hi. take pain killers. for 5Day. tab aceclofenac is helpful. don't sleep on soft bed. do warm water gargle thanks. regards.
