What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Abdomen On The Right Side?

ihave been having so much pain in my lower right back around my right lower abdominal area its as if the pain never goes away its hard for me to get out of bed at times the pain runs down my butt down to my leg its so painful at times I just cry I change my ours at work from mornings to nights because it takes me a while for my body to beable to function after taking a pain medication

I got your chief complaint. This can be due to various reasons like:
- Kidney stones or nephrolithiasis.
- Acute appendicitis.
- Nerve problem.
- Disc displacement.

However, the way you present your complaint is most likely to be due to kidney stones. But to arrive at a final diagnosis a detailed case history and examination with some tests like ultrasound, radiograph and blood tests necessary.

I suggest you get checked by some general surgeon and nephrologist so that it can be addressed as soon as possible.
