What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Abdomen?
Hi, I am currently having painful lower back and lower right abdominal pain. It started with a sharp pain in my back then it moved to my front lower right side. I have began vomiting as well. I have had menstrual cysts in the past do you think this is another cyst?

I think yes, it might be related to ovarian cyst. However, needs further investigations. To me, should see your caring doctor as soon as possible.
Otherwise, if vomiting and pain persist, should go to ER.
