What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Abdomen?

I just got my results from cscan saying I have an enlarged liver. I weigh 320lbs, black female. Sexually active with 1 man for last 11/2 years. Celibate 4 years prior to that. Chronic pain lower back when walking or standing. Pain in lower abdomen periodically. Toe fungus on 1 toe (big right toe). Stomach fat. I do have fibroid tumor on uterus and nodules on my thyroid as well as arthritis on not knees. Sometimes I wake up and my entire body hurt. Migrain headaches last 3 days. Low hemoglobin. Not diebetic, no heart problems, no lung problem, no high blood pressure. Can loose weight no matter how long I diet. Have an appointment next week with a gastro or intestinal specialist. What might he tell me. What could I be suffering from?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Urine routine test should be done to rule out infection and ultrasound examination to rule out other pathology.
Thanks
I find this answer helpful
