What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Abdomen?

Hi there I am a 31 year old female and I have been walking with non stop pain in my lower back and pelvis and abdomen I am bleeding for 6 months.non stop and pieces of skin os coming out of my vigina and there is a very bad smell aswell what can this be?

hello .Symptoms are suggestive of PID ie Pelvic Inflammatory Disease..get a Sonogram done for uterus and pelvic organs and complete blood count..Local examination is required to be done by gynecologist to diagnose the tissue coming out....
