What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Abdomen?

I have been diagnosed and treated for a prostate infection with an antibiotic and symptoms improved. Now I am experiencing pain in the lower right back and lower front abdomen. It also constantly feels like I have to have a bowel movement, but have already had 2 normal ones today. I had the same symptoms 2 days ago but they went away. I felt mild nausea for a short while then, but not this time. The pain migrates and varies in intensity. I am a 60 year old male. I had kidney stones before and these symptoms remind me of that, but much less intense.
