What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Headache?

After breakfast this morning ...I experienced a pain in my lower back and severe headache. Within a few minutes I became clammy. I quickly found a place to lie down. Next thing I know I was. Vomiting everything I ate. Ten minutes later I felt better but was weak and light headed for the remainder of the day. I have a stent and was woundering if this is related to my heart issues. I do take high blood pressure medication daily. What is your opinion of my situation?
