Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Is your pain constant or intermittent? If pain is intermittent and hoes from back to left stomach is mostly due to renal stone. This is known as colicky pain. I would advise ultrasound of kidney ureter and bladder to confirm diagnosis. Visit radiology center nearby you and get it done. Meanwhile start tab spasmoryl plus twice a day for 5 days. You need to consult expert urologist with report. All the best.
