What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Legs After Taking Enema?

Hi I have been constipated for a week now and I took an enema and I was finally able to have a bowel movement. Now my legs and lower back are throbbing. Should I be concerned or is it just my body reeling from all the pushing that I was doing trying to move my bowels

Stop using sodium biphosphate and sodium phosphate and call your doctor at once if you have:
rectal bleeding or bright red bowel movements;
no bowel movement after use;
dizziness, vomiting, little or no urinating; or.
if you feel very thirsty or hot, are unable to urinate, and have heavy sweating or hot and dry skin.
