Dear sir/ma,am
Hi
Lower back pain in your case seems to be posture related ,especially if it goes off after taking rest .
But if it persists even after rest ,then take some PAIN KILLERS/ LOCAL analgesic GELS .
If it still persists , then you may need XRAYS/MRI etc
In ladies back pain may also be secondary to pelvic inflammatory disease also.

Thanx
Dr praveen k nath
Director , neurosurgery
