Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

A history of back pain, frequent urination and fatigue suggest urinary tract infection (UTI).

I suggest you get a urine culture and culture sensitivity to select the most effective antibiotic for a urine infection.

For the dark brown/black discharge, I suggest you get a pelvic ultrasound and an endometrial biopsy after consulting your gynecologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
