I got my flu shot 2 Wednesday ago . My cold symptoms started that Friday.. Last Wednesday night had low grade fever body aches with the cough and mucus.. Stayed home Thursday rested.. Went back to wrk Friday My lower back is still aching and throat fills burnt and still coughing up light yellow mucus.. No fever though.. The achy back concerns me.. Wondering if I need to go to dr..

Hello,

Don't worry flu shot may cause soreness, redness, and or swelling from the shot.
Headache
Fever
Nausea
Muscle aches.
Above symptoms may subside within a few days after vaccination. You can take symptomatic treatment with paracetamol thrice a day for five days. Drink plenty of oral liquids. Take a rest. Please consult your doctor if you observe the below symptoms:
Difficulty breathing
Hoarseness or wheezing
Swelling around the eyes or lips
Hives
Paleness
Weakness
A fast heartbeat or dizziness.
