What Causes Pain In The Lower Back During Bowel Movement Post Surgery?

I just had surgery last Thursday for a figure in an abscess in my colon they had to remove the abscess cuz it was not healing and I had a bad infection now when I take a poop I have a sharp pain in my right kidney in my back area feels like somebody s stabbing me with a knife is this because of surgery never had that feeling before and I ve had kidney stones before and it s not that

I really appreciate your concern, the pain that is being described here may not be due to surgery but it could be due to some renal colic but condition needs to be differentiated and for that it is better to get done the investigation till the "Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen" three times inn day cab be tried, have word with surgeon too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
