What Causes Pain In The Lower Back On The Left Side?

I am having lower left back pain, some strong stomach pain before and during defication. The pain continues after defication as well. Also my still has been dark brown. I have a normal bowl movement followed my diarrhea. Has been going on for around 4 days.

As per history first you get your stool examined first then at night take CREMAFFIN PLUS 3 teaspoonful at bed time and take 2-3 glass of water .Do regular exercise and take a course of metronidazole for 7 days.It looks like IBS
