What Causes Pain In The Lower Back On The Left Side?

Hello sir , my Pus cells 3-4 /hpf and epithelial cells are 8-10/ hpf I am feeling very tired and also having pain in left side of lower back and side abdomen . I was having a problem of kidney stone 1 year before . Pls guide me about the correct diagnosis.

Hi, I have gone through your query.I suggest that you get the following investigations done for the right diagnosis. 1- Complete urine examination. 2- Ultrasonography of the KUB region. 3- Intrav enous Urography.Once we get the reports we will be able to guide you regarding diagnosis and line of treatment.
