What Causes Pain In The Lower Back On The Right Side?
I have pain on the right side of my lower back. It is a constant pain. Been to chiropractor for am adjustment but it didn t make a difference. Also for 2-3 months I have been having trouble with diarrhea. I sometimes have it just come without warning. Not sure if there is a connection with both symptoms.

As per your history, it may be due to muscle sprain.
For that, you can take tablet acetaminophen. Apply diclofenac gel with heating pads.
In case there is no relief, you may require MRI back after orthopedician consultation.
Do regular physical therapy. Avoid forward bending and squatting position
